Intro

I roam around the Northern Arc of Atlanta, Georgia a good bit. I am a divorced father of two lovely girls. The divorce booted me from the marital home. Basically I need a place to live, so I began searching for build-able residential lots, derelict homes or any other real-estate that I could begin to rebuild wealth with after the divorce debacle. That is what I intend to "blog" about, the search for a piece of property, the acquisition, renovation and/or construction of a single family home in these dark real estate times.
